Leadership is a quality that comes to a person, through experience as (Northouse, 2004) stated. All it takes to be an exemplary leader, is the desire and his willpower, these are the two major qualities that all leaders should possess, in order to become a successful and effective leader. “A successful individual typically sets his next goal somewhat but not too much above his last achievement. In this way, he steadily raises his level of aspiration.”
