Introduction

My leadership experience in my organization was not successful one, as I opted for leadership style in which I was only giving the orders to my subordinates, rather than sharing the work with them, listening to their issues and motivating them. I followed the autocratic style of leadership. The authoritarian leadership lacks human qualities and has been used by murderers, overbearing fathers and abusive, sadistic and selfish leaders, and brutal kings.
