This paper discusses a leader whom I admire most. In the first part of the paper we will be discussing the context and the background of the leader. In the second part we will discuss the key capabilities of the leader enabling them to achieve and analysis of these in the context of the outcomes of the leader's work. The leader I have chosen for this assignment is Steve Jobs.
