Property

This course is aimed at people who are pursuing a degree in law or who have finished and want to specialize in this discipline, as well as practicing lawyers and people involved in the audiovisual copyright or who want to have knowledge of the legislation in this area. It was a 4 credit hour course which widely covered the aspects of intellectual property that has become in the last two decades, a branch of law of great importance due to the significant increase in the marketing of audiovisual works, musical, literary, and so on. It currently calls for a greater number of professionals (Wing, 2010).

The objective of this course was to analyze all the relationships that occur between all the subjects that make up this discipline (authors, producers, artists, Management Entities) deepening especially in the impact Internet has had and, in general, the environment digital, intellectual property. The key to define in legal perpective a material property that constitutes a unit in their property rights, i.e., the farm characterized by material form a single unitary object ownership. We have also learned registry of property titles or contracts relating to acts by which they acquire, declare, constitute, transfer, encumber, modify or cancel the domain and other interests in land, or any other with tax significance when those do not appear on all tax identification numbers of those appearing and, where appropriate, of persons or entities on whose behalf action (Strathern, 2006).

LRWA II

This 3 credit hours course fully integrates the basics of legal research, analysis, and writing, bringing together all the basic knowledge and tools students need to research and analyze a legal problem and communicate the results in diverse forms of legal memoranda. It provided many highly realistic research and writing exercises, as well as new tools designed to help students become more effective writers. Throughout, it clarifies the interrelationships among legal research, analysis, and writing, enabling students to experience the total process as it can be performed in practice. Reflecting today's new realities, this edition also contains extensive new coverage of Internet-based research on both free and fee-based sites. With the help, of this course students continue developing their research, analytical and writing skills by working through a trial-level problem. Students will also participate in an oral argument (Edwin, 2001).

Civil Procedure

The course of Civil Procedure comprised of 4 credit hours which is essential materials for any civil procedure course, including the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, relevant federal statutes, and the U.S. Constitution. Other materials, that added sophistication, to a civil procedure course, included representative from a federal district court's Local Rules and a standing order of a federal district court judge. Later in this course we can be assigned to read a statute in the United States Code, a portion of the United States Constitution, one of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and a state statutory provision (David, 2006).
