Introduction

This case related to bilateral sales contract. Owen Ltd and SunHot came into a contract but after delay from SunHot Owen decided to breach the contract with it and to come into contract with a new party. Instead, SunHot said that the contract can be breached so easily. This means ending contract from Owen Ltd means that Owen Ltd has to forego her 40% deposit of the contract to SunHot.

Contract
