If they implement strong policies and give proper rights to every races, and implement the strong strategies which can provide affluent outcomes to the US nations.There is several misconception about Latinos people through which the US nation has nefarious feelings with them. They are coward, lazy, not interested in the concept of education and ignorant with their work. Due to all these pessimistic qualities they are discriminated with the Hispanic and the US peoples. They are not hard worker with their labor and not fulfill the working activities, through which they are infuriated by the other nations. The Latino immigration process had started when these people had faced perilous situation in their own state and for the sake of employment they immigrated towards US. Some Latinos worked hard and got the good position in the society.

The over growing presence of Latinos in US has changed the structure of US various factors.
