Kudler Fine Foods is a domestic upscale specialty food outlet situated in San Diego, California. The business is expanded to three additional locations, which include Encinitas, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Every outlet comprised of 16,000 feet of retail space in stylish and trendy center. The food stocked in the outlets is of high quality that is made domestically and imported internationally, as well. Each outlet contains fresh dairy, deli, baked goods, and seafood, and meats. “Kathy Kudler”, the proprietor of the company commenced initial outlet in 1998. The second and third outlets were commenced in 2000 and 2003 respectively (Wasley, 2008).

They will achieve this by their traders and contractors of their beverages and foods. They would work in partnership and through purchasing bigger quantities for superior markdowns. They imperative factor of Kudler's victory will be regarding establishing a profitable and long-term customer base. Faithful customers are typically more advantageous because of repeated visits and are frequently protected from marketing attempts of competitors (Pate, 2010).
