Introduction

Kudler Fine Foods is known for its food stores. Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) in La Jolla is a gourmet food store well. The company was founded by Kathy Kudler. The company is profitable, stable and successful business management. Heidi Wagner directs the human resources department. (Casio 2005)The main responsibility of HR is to align the activities of administrative and human resources including employment, compensation, benefits and training services and employees. She must inform the president directly. We find that the company is not taking a salary plan fair compensation for what the company could face difficulties in employee retention. Kudler Fine Foods has expanded by opening two additional stores. I was hired in 2001 as a meat department manager at the store Mar. meat department manager to work directly on the manager of the grocery store. Recently I have been told that my team will be restructured. Today, who oversees three employees (McGraw 2005)a meat cutter and two employees of the meat. The department has additional responsibilities so that there is a need to recruit new staff. The company is leading to a more team-based structure. Both new and current staff will need to be trained. The current method of performance evaluation is no longer valid as a new evaluation system has to be created. The following is a proposal with recommendations and justifications about how this restructuring will be designed and implemented.

Career Plan Development

Kudler Fine Foods is in need of a restructuring plan. The new team will assume the responsibilities that require additional staffing and training for new and current employees. The new proposal will create five additional positions in the company and provide training to new and current employees. A new compensation and benefits are proposed. All employees will have to develop their own plans for career development. Current methods for assessing the performance of the team will also be reviewed and amended if necessary.

Kudler Fine Food has focused on the restoration as a space to increase sales. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning corporate parties and events. The events coordinator will not only promote our catering company, but also plan events all about our products and services. The Event Coordinator must have at least five years experience in event planning. This is a new position in the advisory is not an option, so the experience is a necessity. Strong communication and organizational skills are desired. (Casio 2005)The Coordinator must be familiar with all departments of the store. The Assistant Coordinator of the event will be responsible for coordinating the different areas involved in each case.
