CCC Construction technology enjoyed sustainable operations and adequacy in sharing knowledge and developing its people. Project teams and their mangers were able to transfer the knowledge to other projects. Method Statements and Formal procedures (QMPs) were created and were effective in exchanging the information through informal networks. CCC initiated a niche to execute difficult projects that demanded mobilization of significant resources.
