In order to compete in this fierce competitive world, the organizations do not have any other option than to attain effectively and efficiently, create, locate, capture and in some cases share the organization's knowledge along with the expertise of the knowledge workers. This has opened the door for making the knowledge of organization precise and also recording to facilitate the easier distribution and thereby facilitating the users to reuse it. The essay will provide an insight about the framework for configuring the organization's technical resources and thereby enabling it to take control of the codified knowledge, as well.

Likewise, everyone plays a vital role in the society as well as its development. By virtue of this study, I have tried to evaluate the various knowledge criteria that are present within myself. Moreover, it also includes the study which shows that my strengths, as well as my weaknesses. In this lieu, the development of self awareness is also mentioned which is considered as the proponents of most of the actions which i do most of the time.

Whenever a person faces some problems or hurdles, it is the knowledge management that makes the person out of the troubles and hurdles. In solving any problem, the first step, which I usually take is careful assessment along with in-depth analysis of the problem. Once the problem is defined and dissected, there is no room for any error for getting the desired outcomes what one has think of before. Once the problem has been carefully understood, the problem did not seem to be quite hard to solve. Although, in most of the cases I have to take assumptions on the various problems. Assumptions are pitfalls sometimes which can backfire the solver sometimes. After careful identification and taking necessary assumption would help us to collect only the relevant data and information. The data retrieved is then evaluated as per the problem definition thereby giving rise to various issues related to the problem. Another critical issue that i quite often do is to organize all the problems thoroughly with the help of provided data. This also solves the issue most of the time and shatters the cloud of haziness. Moreover, the problems should be presented carefully as most of the times the first impression is considered the last. Hence, whenever I have been assigned by my teachers, I seek to follow the right paper presentation while preparing various assignments. Another aspect is that whenever the problem is of collaborative pattern, which are most commonly viewed within organizations, and sometimes during the class participation activities. These activities demands proper attention and therefore, needs to be assessed with quite delicacy. My core focus is on the presentation in these types of issues. This has surely helped me out in a great number of ways while delivering a presentation, confronting a debate and most of the time, presenting the argumentative essay my blog.
