It is obvious that along with strong responsibilities, there is also a need of effective management and human resource capabilities to fulfill the organization's responsibilities and meet the expectations of the customers. The core focus of this paper is to identify and discuss the role of human resource management in the operations of this organization. In addition to this, the expected risks that could be faced by the human resource personnel will also be aimed to be discussed.
