The CAL project addresses the work based problems. This statement is made for employees in the corporate world (Hodgson & Murphy, 1984, p.27). It is witnessed that in an organization, the employee are not benefited accordingly which de-motivates them and effect their productivity. In this write-up, first step of the CAL project will be problematized response highlighted over the understanding to work based problem, and the corrective actions are given in order to resolve those problems.

Work Based Problems
The problem which is prevails in an organization is because of the unjust behavior of the management. Employees who are working overtime are not compensated for their devotion and experience outrageous behavior. Their inputs are not justified, and they rarely achieve growth. There is a possibility that management is unaware of this fact. This problem affects the productivity and completely off-track the moral of the workforce (Lapadat, 2000, p. 123).
Behaviors
Employee's behavior is playing the leading role for the creation of the problem at work place. Study concluded that the organizational measurement has been affected through social isolation by sacking the private person, verbal aggression and spreading different rumors (Zapf, 2003). Another study concludes that the persistency is the unwanted behavior that ultimately drains the target for coping different resources.
Power Imbalance
The authority of imbalance power is also becomes the major reason to create problems of workplace based problem in the organization. Furthermore, the inability to defend someone due to lesser power is the argued to play a role in forming the target perception of regarded superlative employee behavior. Imbalance owner is the only situation and the behaviors that are the common element that prevail the problems among employees at the workplace.
