Along with the arrival of the internet, we are now capable of accessing an irresistible amount of knowledge that we get on the daily basis including the amount of information that is accessible is increasing at a quick pace. Within the book by Sushil K. Sharma and Jatinder N. D. Gupta (Creating Knowledge Based Organization), “knowledge management” for the organizations consist of activities focusing on the organization improving knowledge through its perosnal experience and from the experience of others on the sensible application of that knowledge to fulfil the task of the organization” (Pitagorsky, 2008: 19).

In order to support the purpose of the study, it can be ideal to describe “knowledge management” in provisions of the way it particularly relates to the “project management”. In this “knowledge management” is described by Gerard Hill in the book called “Complete project management Office Handbook” in a way “managing organizational information and knowledge that will allow increased capabilities of “project management” and to accomplish value for business through the capacity”. Gerard continues to state that within “knowledge management”, we are capable of moving through just transferring the data towards “the conveyance of interpretations, experiences, perceptions and ideas that go beyond the easy of exchanging the information”.
