In the midst of developing the CAL Progress report, the major focus and understanding revolved around the paradigm of action research and how would it affect and influence the people who are serving in organizations and companies. While skimming thorough existing literature, multiple evidences and approach came forth that not only narrated the importance of action research, but also displayed the gap with which action research have been blindly overlooked.
