Whereas, as per various rules and regulations as well as researches it has been proved that giving harsh punishment is not the only solution. This is the reason why rehabilitation is termed as one of the best possible method with the help of which juvenile justice is treated. Therefore, rehabilitation rather than giving harsh punishments is termed as the best possible method and this is the only way that can reduce the increased crime rate as well.
