Introduction

As we all know that, justice delayed is justice denied, is an old saying but, it is not easily understood by certain individuals. The faith in the justice is to provide the cost effective and timely justice to all the citizens of the state without any discrimination of caste, Race, creed and color.

There should be proper clarification that, what is delayed in the justice because, there are several rules and regulations which cause the justice to be delayed. There are issues of court timings and other procedures which cause several individuals to wait for their justice (Nitin Jain, 2011). There are different aspects of laws which have clearly defined the delay in the courts and, reasons of delay in the courts. The system of the courts is not satisfactory in entire world especially in Asian countries like India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Due to this improper system, individuals and victims may find certain delays in the decision of courts and, experience time consuming procedures (Baucells et al, 2011). According to the research, there is unexpected increase in the number of cases day by day and, this is because the population of the world is also increasing. Another study show that, an approximate time for average case is more than four years (Nitin Jain, 2011). There are also issues such as justice is becoming costlier with the passage of time when related to time and money. Individuals are not able to afford fees of lawyers and, different systems attached with the mechanisms of the procedures. Because of the high costs and unusual experiences, they have got delayed justice and, justice is getting out of their reach. It has been observed that, there are more than 30 million cases pending in the courts (Baucells et al, 2011). The system of the courts is mainly inherited from the British rules but, it needs certain modifications this time and, these modifications should be best suited to each state of the world.

Discussion

Outside the courtrooms, technology has played both positive and negative roles in providing justice to the civilians and, leaving the frequency of civil litigation. With the increase of cases, judiciary is found to be slow more than the government agencies especially in the United States of America. Justice delayed is justice denied has the legal meanings in order to address the issues with the available party either suffers from injury but, it is not necessary in each case.

There is a strong recommendation that, system of the court should adopt certain ways that shorten the proceedings of the court and, make it convenient for the citizens. If these modifications will be adopted then, belief in justice and faith will remain for long time. Certain courts have adopted the scrutiny system, which enables the proposed prosecutions and, emphasizes that only bonafide cases will be heard in the courts (Baucells et al, 2011).
