Introduction

A slow justice is unjust by definition, has recently affirmed a finalist Law, synthesizing what young students consider the most serious disease of the sector. The courts have an average duration of the processes of the highest in USA, with large productivity gap between courts. The number of backlog also seems to be the highest in the other nations as well. It is imperative to drastically reduce the number of pending cases, accelerating time to resolution of the new (maybe even putting limits) and searching in parallel, recover old files (Frederickson, 2005).
