Juniper Networks came into existence in the year 1996 and the entrepreneur was Pradeep Sindhu. He was working as a scientist at Xerox's Palo Alto Research Center when he decided to start a company for preparing high quality routers to assist the emerging information technology field. Sindhu was able to gather financial support from a variety of high profile ventures to gather an amount of over 40 million dollars. Since then, the company never looked back and was even able to get nominated for Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work for (“Company Spotlight”,2006) (Data, 2011).
