Life's been engaged in my house, but in a good way. I've published two books, and will publish three novellas before the month is up. So I've been up to my elbows in edits, cover concepts, and uploading my work like crazy all over the Internet. And it is glimpsing all of these accomplished works that devotes the scribe the “high”.

You understand what I mean, right? It's one thing to write the story. That part is joy and stimulating in itself, but until it's “out there”, there's still not that sense of completion. So that is where the laborous task of edits and rewrites arrive in.
