The heart and core of this paper is to analyze the text “Teacher Leadership That Strengthens Professional Practice,” written by Danielson Charlotte.

In this chapter the author has claimed that the growing number of parents is interested in becoming more involved in schooling because they want their children to have access to the `best' quality of education conditions permit.
