Introduction

Vietnam is a country having population of 90 million, among 60% of them are below the age of 35 which solely creates massive energy. Though Vietnam is a state of one party, but a very stable environment has been created by them for business and for job seekers. In 1986, free enterprise was opened up by them and in 2007; Vietnam joined the World Trade Organization which has promoted investment and has opened new channels for employment opportunities.

The continuous growth, in recent years, in the industrial sector and development of the service sector has rendered job prospects for foreigners in Vietnam. In term of job availability, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, are two main leading cities across Vietnam. The other cities that also exert a pull on direct foreign investment include Binh Duong, Hai Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria Vung Tau, which assures numerous opportunities of employment for expatriates.

Most of the growth in Vietnam falls out in construction, tourism, and information technology industries. Nonetheless, it does not imply that no job opportunities are available in other fields.
