We are planning to open a company; the main operation of the company will be cleaning. The company will indulge in cleaning of houses, hospitals, schools and Businesses. We will open this company in the year 2013. The company will strive to become the market leaders in the next few years (Hult et.al 2007). This we will do by taking help of young workers, who will be less costly for us. The company will make use of the latest equipment for cleaning the hospitals, schools and businesses.

Target Market The company will start its operation from the state of Massachusetts and Missouri. In the initial phase, we plan to target the household sector of these areas. Then we will start targeting ht hospital and big business. We are first planning to target the household sector, so that our business can learn to utilize the present workforce. The data will be gathered from the relevant authority and bodies. In the next phase, we will shift to other states (Thalmann and Brettel, 2012). This we will be doing in the next 3 - 6 years. Later on, we will be targeting the market of European markets etc. We will be entering this market because in Europe there has been a rising trend for household cleaning etc.

We are targeting two states in the initial phase. We will have 2 offices in each states. These will cater to the main urban areas of these States (Thalmann and Brettel, 2012). All the workers will be transferred to the designated location from their own houses. We plan to target 8200 household sector in the year one.
