The strategy to incorporate staffing into the plan design is usually made to build up the behaviors, attitudes and skills among staff that will lend a hand to the organization in achieving its objectives. This strategy also comprises of principles for dealing with the workforce using human resource practices and policies. It includes a variety of human resource fields' functions for instance recruitment, performance management, compensation, recognition, rewards, training and employee relations. Thus, this report summarizes my activities regarding personnel definition and plan design for the new TUI learning management system, Desire2learn (D2L).
