Introduction

In order to solidify a major deal with a major automotive parts company from Detroit. The company has decided to utilize the Super Bowl and its events in order to ensure that the executives enjoy themselves and are persuaded to sign the multimillion dollar deal. The top 5 executives of the company are coming and I have been assigned the task to organize a itinerary for them from January 31st to February 6th. Fortunately, these male executives are major football fans while the ladies also enjoy the sport. I have to effectively entertain the group so that my company can close the multimillion dollar contract which will ensure my company's future. The total budget which has been allocated to be is 20K which can be effectively utilized to make the weeklong stay of the executives enjoyable and entertaining.

The most suitable accommodation for the executives is the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Slidell. This hotel is situated at 372 Voters Rd, Slidell, LA, 70461 United States. Holiday Inn hotel is a perfect and suitable place to stay for the businessmen.

Where They will Eat Each Meal?

There are numerous places where the executives can enjoy their meals. New Orleans is a major food destination, so I have made selections of a handful of restaurants and cafes in case the group does not want to go at the suggested places

Where to Shop?

There are countless places at New Orleans where the executives can shop. Royal Street which is situated in the French Quarter will be a perfect place to start. There are numerous antique shops, art galleries, book stores, jewelers, and other decorative and historic architectural features which the executives can enjoy. Magazine Street is another place to attain an ultimate shopping experience. Apart from these places Rue Royale, Lower Garden District to Audubon Park uptown that also offers many ethnic eateries, coffee, art galleries, clothing boutiques and shops jewelry shops and antiques shops.
