The purpose of the study is to develop a marketing plan for my business, Italiano Restaurant. The study will discuss the market segmentation and product position while highlighting the marketing aspects that needs to be covered in order to make the business successful.

Background of Italiano

There are many restaurants that are catering to fast food at a shopping complex. People are getting bored of fast food categories and want real healthy meal. Italiano caters to the healthy food and a proper meal for the people (Finley, 2001). Though it is a new entrant in the market but soon will enhance its operation in different areas.

The restaurant, Italiano provides the best pasta that there is. The current location of Italiano is in Central Avenue, Gravois Bluffs shopping complex, in Missouri. We provide our customers with variety of cuisines, pastas and different kinds of cocktails. The professional chefs have the ability to mould the taste of the food according to the customer preference (Blythe, 2013). We give what are customer wants. Italiano know the authentic art of the Italian cooking and provides the most delicious and tasty food.

Our franchise will give the true ambience of an Italian culture, with our crew providing with the efficient and quality services making it one of the best places to dine in. We are flexible and adaptable to changes and value the feedback of our customers. Our services will be available from lunch to dinner timings for the customers gain the experience we deliver (Pete, 2010). We place the customers at the core of the business function.

Employees are encouraged to make the environment friendly and their amiable nature will help attract the customers making them feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

Italian food has always been popular around the world. The food lovers would not be able to resist the fine food we offer. However, in Italy the competition in food is perceived to be high re relevance to other countries (Londre , 2012). There are better opportunities in for the development outside the boundary of Italy. The food themes in United States are found to be common throughout the Canada and Western Europe. This means the market opportunity for Italian food also prevails in U.S.
