Communication Plan

Purpose

The communication plan will serve to enhance the technological advances in the organization. Moreover, the basic strategy, which is about to be communicated to the internal, as well as external stakeholders; include the employment of an efficient as well as effective communication plan for the successful transition from the older technology to the new and state-of-the-art technology.

Scope
