Abstract

This research paper focuses on the Healthcare issues and problems of United States of America. The system that governs the healthcare plays a vital role in order to bring changes in existing healthcare regulations and to improve healthcare services provided to citizens. There are many stakeholders who are responsible for drafting reforms and are directly affected through these proceedings. They include; Government, Healthcare service providers, and Citizens. Concerns like questions of a right to health care, fairness, value, and quality, cost, management, choice, access and efficiency always arise in the system of healthcare. USA pays twice the value and the amount of money paid by other wealthy nations of the world for the healthcare system. All these stakeholders are directly related to the system and the policies. The factors affecting the economy of the healthcare has badly influenced the image of the healthcare institution. There has been a serious debate on the reforms and the issues concerning the problems of the healthcare in America. Further the financial system has also made a great impact on the healthcare system. Many reforms can be introduced analyzing the core issues with the policies. This research paper will bring to light core issues which are discussed and analyzed in healthcare system.

Introduction

The healthcare system of America was termed to be broken around ten years ago and it has not improved till now regardless of many interventions and reforms by the government of America. Premiums are rising. Still there are many American, who are uninsured. It was estimated that almost 47 million Americans are uninsured. Because of many issues prevailed in the system of healthcare, there has been a serious misunderstanding between the providers and the consumers of healthcare services.

The healthcare policy of America is criticized since a long period of time. There have been many issues related to the healthcare policies and the system. There are many reforms that are posted and run by the government in the industry of health care. There many separate legal entities that are provided under the supervision of government of America.

There are many points raised since a long period of time including the provision of many services for the healthcare policies. The quality of services that are delivered to the consumer has always been a great problem in the provision of services.
