The Australian society is considered one of the most socially diverse and multi ethnic societies in the current global platform. The reason for Australia's success in the development of such a society can be placed on the development of multi cultural rules and policies, which are formed through the perspective of the various socio ethnic localities in the country. In this scenario I believe that the social regulatory authorities in the country have to play a proactive role in order to maintain a social balance and equity in the overall society. The country consists of individuals originating from highly diverse region of the world, where the cultural norms are highly differentiated (Hammersley, 2009, pp. 220). Hence a standardized social policy cannot be implemented throughout the country, because there will be certain factions in the national population who will not be able to understand and take the aide of such policies.
The lacking of the diversity in the socio cultural national policy can lead to several negative and adversarial impacts on the Australian citizens, as certain individuals living in the country do not possess the cultural knowledge to be able to adequately comprehend these p9olicies. In this scenario it is the task of the regulatory entities to ensure that such people are provided with the additional and extra services and care, so that they can also avail the social remedies and facilities offered by the various authorities. If the systematic change is not introduced in to the relevant regulatory authorities, the significant number of ethnic background Australians would have to face discrimination due to the lack of understanding of the national culture or even the language. Being a ethnically diverse society, the Australian social entities have to ensure that they possess the relevant infrastructure and capabilities, to be able to adequately understand the social dilemmas of the ethnically diverse population, and also provide the relevant help for these individuals.

The young client on the other hand lacked the social or the verbal skills to be able to communicate her issues with the relevant authorities and due to this reason had to suffer from very negative consequences. The female was identified by the inexperienced staff, which did not possess the adequate skills to handle a person belonging to an ethnic background, as a mentally ill individual. On this conclusion the woman was isolated from her child and had to rely on the mercy of her husband to meet with ...
