Introduction

There is rapid change taking place in the health care industry as a result of unhealthy lifestyles, pandemic flu, effect of globalization and sustainable development. Some other factors affecting the health care practice and management include the climatic and weather changes as a result of global warming. Authors suggest that it is extremely important to respond to such changes taking place in the environment in a timely manner and adapt the organizational practices as required. Managers play an important role in encouraging the employees to take notice of the prevailing public health care concerns in the community. Organization are continuously affected by the rapid changes in the environment that occur as a result of globalization. Some of the other important factors that affect the management of any organization includes deregulation of the economic or political conditions, changes with regards to social structure and culture and advancement in technology. Braithwaite suggests that Australian Health service management is a very good example as it is in the process of revolutionizing and restructuring its management practices to come u with more effective ways of dealing with health related issues of the public and provide for increased variety and range of health related services by keeping within the limited resources that it has. Some of the major challenges and issues that are being faced by the health care industry and the people who are getting affected is the climatic change which may be the result of global warming and damage to the ozone layer.

Additionally another most important factor is the environmental pollution and deterioration of the environment due to improper practices of general public emitting different type of gases in the environment that can have adverse and damaging effects on the health of people. Kichbusch suggests that the changes and environment can have direct effect on the people, he suggests that the state of environment is congruent with the state of public health but majority of the researchers and environmental associations still do not understand the significance and importance of their interdependence and have not taken any important steps to improve environmental situation. The negative lifestyle of people has negative and detrimental effects on the environment and the environment in turn has a negative effect on the health of the people which may result in different type of infectious, chronic and deadly diseases. If the source of the problems is rectified the state of environment will automatically become normal and the source of problem in this situation is he lifestyle of the people and how they use different types of resources. Mal practice and abuse of natural resources will definitely result in the deterioration of the ozone layer and increased levels of pollution.
