Introduction

In present era, combating and preventing terrorism activities, has turn out to be the toughest challenge for global world, which is totally against the occurrence of such activities. Countries are observed of taking numerous actions for wiping the roots cause of these activities, but have failed to control such disastrous incidents, and preventing life of innocent citizens (Carberry, 1999). According to analyst, the prime factor of constant failure against terrorism of states is that they have failed to identify the root cause of terrorism.

However, currently the world is faced by increasing threat of new terrorism that has emerged from the traditional act of terrorism and methods used for traditional terrorist activities but not all the terrorist activities of 21st century are falling into the structure of new terrorism. The next section of this report, will briefly discuss the concept of new terrorism, and the probable use of new technology in terrorist activities.

Discussion

Countering, and preventing occurrence of terrorism in the country is becoming like a profession of goalkeeper, where an individual make thousands of extraordinary saves, however, people tend to remember one short, that a goal keeper miss (Paul, 2000). In simple term, terrorism is viewed as the utilization of extreme force against the common people, with the primary aim of raising a chaos in the state. On the other hand, act of terrorism is perceived different by individual, for instance, some might think it as an act of politics, and it is being viewed as an act that is carried forward to spread the feeling of fear, anxiety, and confusion in the life of citizens.

Nowadays, terrorism activities should be considered according to the framework of the contemporary kingdom. Certainly, the frequent popularity of the bureaucratic politic system that was becoming difficult foe extremist to disturb by killing single leader, or few individual forced, them to broader the pool of potential target without any major specification (Chesser, 2012). According to some scholars, this form of terrorism is more violent in nature as compare to traditional terrorism. To understand the magnitude of terrorism it is important to analyze every single aspect related to the occurrence of such inhuman activities, and until that, complete demolition of this act is not possible in recent future.

Moreover, characterizations of terrorism activities have to link carefully between limiting the independence of the citizens according to the law, as it clearly states, that it is the essential duty of the authorities in control to look after the elected democratic process without creating unbearable obstacles in the life of common people (Jenkins, 2006). In addition, in this democratic process, protection of citizen's right is more important, than defining new magnitude of terrorism.
