Introduction

Directed and written by Paul Greengrass, Bloody Sunday is a 2002 film about the rounds of the 1972 shootings in Derry, North Ireland that is know remembered as Bloody Sunday. The day marked the death of 13 marchers, 14 injured and in this movie is through the view of Ivan Cooper, a member of the parliament of northern island and the primary organizer of the march that took place in Derry on the 30th of January in 1972(Dawson, 2005, pp. 151--178).
