Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to compare and contrast the military operations against Iraq of 1191 and 2003. It was claimed by UN that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction that were used in Iraq-Iran war by Iraq. When in 1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait the UN multinational military evict Iraq from Kuwait and in 2003 the US, UK, Australia and Poland forces jointly as a force invaded Iraq to wipe out the WMDs.
