Intoxilyzer 8000 use in the State of Ohio

Abstract

Manufactured by the CMI, the new intoxilyzer 8000 is a DUI breath alcohol testing spectrometer. The invention of the intoxilyzer spectrometer has taken alcohol breath testing to a whole new level. Its infrared absorption and three to nine micron technology has made it absolutely reliable and accurate. Both of these breathalyzers were made in Kentucky by the CMI Inc. CMI has made it a point to not leak/disclose or sell any of its product to private agencies such as scientific labs or other privately run companies. The organizations related to the use of Intoxilyzer 8000 and the policies have been implemented and changed overtime in order to meet the needs of the contemporary business processes as well as to meet the requirements of the technological systems that are being used today. For many decades, the policies have been implemented and people had to adhere to it. The codes of conduct are to be followed by everyone strictly and failure to adherence may lead to criminal actions and investigations. Things however are carried out in the form of steps that are implemented one by one in order to achieve concurrency in the system overall. The following paper discusses the codes of conduct applied in the Ohio State to control the utilization of Intoxilyzer 8000.
