The heart and core of this paper is to define and describe a significant moment of my life. It is difficult to pinpoint any special or unusual event, because there are many along the course of one's life. But I have an experience that indeed changed my lifestyle.
Junior high was not a memorable experience for me. My previous friends had moved away or joined different groups of friends. Without anyone to associate with, I felt like a loner. Let's face it: kids can be cruel. The only people who would accept me were the deadbeat drugged-out kids. That was my only choice to feel like I belonged. I was one step away from depression. To stay somewhat happy, I enrolled in dance classes at the local studio. I had taken there before, and my mother talked me into it to probably keep me from doing drugs.
`Every living thing in the world is born with some purpose and goals to fulfill during his lifetime. Humans being superior to all living things have therefore, most superior motives of life.
As it turned out, I was pretty good at it. I took more and more classes, honing my technique. Now there was a place I felt like I belonged: on the dance floor. Meeting fellow dancers really helped me get out of my slump. I learned that the high school had a prestigious dance team, and decided to audition for it. Being accepted was a remarkable moment in my life. All the members were very nice and it was like you had just gained 35 new friends. We were pretty renowned in the state, because we won most of the competitions we entered, and I finally felt happy again.
