Interview about a classmate

I'm really glad Shelley was kind enough to accept my offer for an interview. She was always really nice, easily liked and as I remember her, pretty happy. No pretense about her at all, just really a good person. I saw her at our 30th reunion and she really didn't seem to have changed much at all. She was happy, very friendly and full of life.( Bricker, 180)

I enjoyed interviewing Shelley and think she still leads a pretty full life, is adventurous and has a lot of fun. She has several interesting hobbies I asked her about. She is a Grandmother, has a job and a very "youthful" essence about her.

Shelley: Yikes! Good memory! Yes it was over Charlie Reed- Of course many years later we tend to forget about those things!

Jan: You mention that you met your husband Dave "dancing." Where and when? Inquiring minds. :

Shelley: We met at a dance in 2001 in Tolland, CT. We both love to dance, I especially like swing dancing.

Jan: I know you love horses and work with a draft horse rescue program. Please tell us about that.

Shelly and Mike Shelley: A draft horse rescue opened up down the road from us, I had a horse as a teenager, so the love came back very quickly! I spend every free minute there.

We have 19 horses now. I also do their accounting on a volunteer basis, hopefully some day when we get some I can ...
