Schools and education play an important role in forming the very basics of any child's personality and future by enhancing his knowledge and abilities. According to Bassanini and Scarpetta, education plays an important and central role in the development and management of human capital (Stanley, 2006). Therefore, schools and educational institutes are under constant pressure to change it curriculum and teaching methods according the latest research and employ effective methodology and processes to enhance child's knowledge and develop a strong personality which later on can contribute positively towards development of society and country. In this process of implementing and managing change, change leaders can play an important role by understanding the process and employing it in their policies and regulations of the school. In this case I have selected a school principal for the purpose of taking interview and getting important information regarding the topic of change management in schools. In my opinion, principals can play a pivotal role implementing the changes and applying the latest teaching methods by making changes at a higher level and in policies so that every teacher understands its importance and significance. I took an appointment before visiting the principal and got to meet him personally so that I could explain to him in detail the requirements and nature of my work and project at hand. He was quite positive and interested in my project and was kind enough to give his valuable one hour for the interview to me.
