Introduction

Interpersonal conflict could be defined as a disagreement between individuals who perceive their thoughts and goals as incompatible. Such conflict mostly arises in cases where the individuals are dependent on each other in some sense or the other, and what they do affects the other person in some way. The intensity of conflict depends on the nature of conflict and scenario. Arousal of interpersonal conflict is a common thing, but what matters the most is how the conflict is being managed (Wilmot and Hocker, 2001).
