Psychologist suggests that the meeting between the two personalities is just like the contact of two substances and if there any reaction occurred then both are transformed (Ramaraju, 2012). Interpersonal communication is the process through which the people become engaged towards communication either verbal or non verbal. Individual face expression, gestures and postures are all include in interpersonal communication. Communication is taking place when two people are at the same place and they are well aware of presence of each other. Two key things are always impact on interpersonal skills involved self concept and self esteem.

Understanding the dynamics of Interpersonal communication helps the individual to make the communication choice that makes the transformation of quality of relationship and consequently the quality of individual life (Ramaraju, 2012).

Impact of Self concept

Self concept is the personal feeling and thoughts about one self that determine your strength , weakness, abilities and limitation that forces for helping to build internal self concept in personal mind. Individual self concept has directly influence the attitude, behavior, and perception which can be demonstrating at the time of interpersonal communication (Yahaya & Ramli, 2009). It is basically relates to who understand relatively set of perception and state of emotions. This is the way through which individual understand himself and the contributing towards perceive situations. The way individual see himself has influence and enhancing effective way of communication. They way once see himself has also relates influence for the people who are in social surrounding, that can allow individual to perceiving from different situation and people create the true idea which have create the positive outcomes.
