Introduction

The competitiveness in the corporate world has increased since the technology and globalization has emerged and expanded its operations. The competency has come across the educational field as well. Students are asked to do the internships that are made mandatory for getting their degrees done. Therefore, as being the compulsion, I am also looking for an internship program. The following essay is the reflection paper of it. It will cover the information relation to the tasks that I need to perform along with the other details that are associated with me particularly.

Internship programs are designed especially for the students to get and acquire the knowledge and the understanding of the corporate world. Students who opt for internships are getting the opportunity to learn information about the related field and to explore new ideas. The experience that is coming to them is the most important factor and the sole reason why institutions demand internships for giving the degrees. At the end of the day, a student is well prepared to know how he is going to work and survive in the business society, the abilities and skills he needs and the other factors. Therefore, I have decided to go for an internship program in the world's second largest telecommunication company to learn and explore my skills.
