There was a famous book written by Daniel H Pink who presented the idea that the future of the global business belongs to the right brainers. There were four main concepts which he presented for the future of the people. Those concepts were four ages. The first age was Agricultural Age which was related to the farmers. The second age was the Industrial Age which was related to the factory workers. The third age was the information age which was related to the knowledgeable workers. The last age was conceptual age which was related to creators and empathizers. The main focus of the book was to analyze for the future of business and the economy. He even outlined six important senses that were design, story, symphony, empathy, play and meaning.

Therefore, the critical analysis is needed for the arguments he presented for the future of business and economy. There are various countries that depend on the agricultural sector because they represent the major share of revenues in the economy. This is the reason why he emphasized lot of importance to the farmers as they are the main source in the Agricultural sector because of their high productivity. This is the reason why an appropriate opportunity must be provided to the farmers to help them in carrying out maximum work. In this way, the Agricultural sector would have lots of benefits in the future. (Dubner, pp.21-32)

The Industrial sector is even very important especially for those countries that have high dependence on the industrial work.
