Abstract
To find the factors influencing the adoption of internet banking; such factors could be found out by studying and establishing the relationship between adoption of internet banking compare to traditional banking and consumer behavior, attitude and acceptance of new technology. Adoption of internet banking is depends on the various factors like age, qualification, ease & convenience, time saving, trust, safety & security, bank charges, computer knowledge and new technology. Therefore, to find the casual relationship between these variables, this research is primarily explanatory in nature.

CHAPTER 3: METHODOLOGY
Introduction
This chapter stat by justifying the research method use to gather primary data for this research, which is a questionnaire survey of customers of Bank of Baroda, including internet banking users and non-users.
This research attempts to look at the phenomenon of internet banking from the perspective of the financial institutions (banks) and users of the financial services (customers). To understand the two different contexts, this research has formulated two factors which are the internal factors and the external factors. The internal factors would be best addressed through the analysis of the secondary data findings, whereas the external factors would be approached with the help of quantitative technique of questionnaire research. The research problem for this research is to find out factors which are influencing the adoption of internet banking.
This chapter presents a detailed methodology that would be followed to arrive at the answer. The chapter starts with the research purpose and the approach that would be taken to satisfy the research objective. It also summarizes the research strategies and sampling methods. Finally it presents validity and reliability of measurements used in the research.
