Introduction

Over the years, broad range of distribution networks has been considered as its primary strength along with its diversified product line. Since Coca-Cola intends to becomes the world's leading sellers of quality products and innovative services and thus is very dedicated and eager to form its broad range of distribution network so that company can satisfy the needs and desires of its valuable customers (Close et al, 2006). Like in major parts of the globe, the distribution network of Coca Cola in Cuba would comprise of vending machines, retail outlets, wholesalers, fountain retailer s, and several other distribution channels that are effective in supplying the products into remote areas of the country.

In order to accomplish its long term mission of becoming the market leader of Cuba soft drinks industry it would require proper and timely distribution of their wide range of products, and for that the company has formed a unique strategy that is similar to the concept of franchisor but contain certain variations(Clow, 2007). The company will make its obligatory for its bottle manufacturers and provides particularly those belonging from Cuba to sign “bottler's agreement”. According to this agreement, a bottle producer would be obligated to purchase complete bunch of company's product from its certified suppliers.

This process would simplify company process of distribution by endowing the bottle manufacturers that rights of producing Coca Cola products in accordance with the standard set by company by using their own resources as this would enhance the distribution process of company and allow the company to reach single individual of the country (Leppäniemi and Karjaluoto, 2008). In simple words, production process of the company would be unique in Cuba as majority of company here are observe of working under centralized mode of operations and thus limit their productivity.

The certified bottler of the company would design innovative ways of selling and distributing the products. For example, they would set up small Kiosks of the company in market places, local universities and schools, hospitals, parks, and in other important places. Moreover, bottler would set up mini kiosk in highly congested areas like industrial region, street vending areas, and others (McAlister et al, 2007). In addition to this, company is also planning to introduce selling depots inclusive of kiosks in medical, general, and in areas where customer can effortlessly use the product without bearing the cost of time.

This indicates that company distribution and logistics department are intended to congregate the entire market of the country that it intended to serve. The company is determinant to form unique and innovative techniques of mobilizing, pulling the customers, encouraging them to use their product, and subsequently endowing its loyal customers with things that they really required in very opportune way.
