Introduction

Intentional community is a group of individuals who have chosen to live together according to common values ??that do not necessarily reflect the values ??of ecology and sustainable development. They can share values ??such as social, economic, spiritual or political. It is an expression, used mainly to designate a group of people from diverse backgrounds who have chosen to live together in one place and in an organizational and architectural set (Shenker, pp. 153). It is the intention that distinguishes the community from another.
