R&V group is provider of online and web marketing solutions. R&V opened its first office at London - United Kingdom in 2005. It is a consulting firm which helps their clients understanding the web data collected through the various tools installed on the various clients' websites and provides the actionable insights and provides recommendations. Basically, R&V group helps firms to analyze, elevate the digital marketing data to engross with the consumers and projections. R&V group has database department, offline and online analytics department, digital asset services. The company's consolidated revenue is 2 Billion and the profit was 97 million's in 2011. The company has 11 offices worldwide and headquartered at London which serves Business-to-Business; Business-to-Consumers companies (R&V Group, 2012).

R&V group is provider of online and web marketing solutions. The change and innovation strategy is carried out in order to provide more effective services to its customers. Innovation is widely regarded as one of the most important factors in the success of companies. In marketing, innovation is recognized to contribute significantly to the extent that the company is market driven. Approval of organizational innovation has received growing attention in the literature in marketing and management over the past two decades (R&V Group, 2012).

R&V as a company is focused on providing the web data analysis and web data collection through the web data capturing tools based on the client requirements. To gain the competitive advantage, the R&V had changed their strategy to provide the augmented services. They will not only provide the web data analysis and web data collection but they also will provide the service for technical implementation of the web data capturing tools and governance piece in conjunction with data integrity. Depending on the client requirements, the R&V will provide the custom or bespoke tailored service. This strategy made R&V acquired the old clients with providing the augmented services because old client hired different agencies for the web capturing tools implementation and support and R&V can offer the same type of services as part of integrated package and it will be less expensive than to clients hiring the different agency to just implement the web data capturing tools. R&V's plan to capture the more and more clients based on this strategy. This change and transformation got affected on the structure, culture, and human resource strategy.
