Introduction

In this paper we will be discussing innovation and change in an organization. Almost in every organization it is observed that they have some kind of changes in their environment. Each day the change in companies and organizations become more evident. What was yesterday, and it may not be tomorrow. In this era, where the market is competitive, and where technology is becoming more advanced, you need to stay ahead. Often in organizations makes it difficult to adapt to change (Beckhard, 1992, pp. 31).

Innovation curdles after an entire philosophy and way of managing behavior. Ending part of the culture of the company. Innovation in a company is very important. It helps the company to make sure that it works according to change that exists in the world and also that it helps the company to remain successful and competitive in the market. Innovation has changed the way business has been done nowadays. It is one reason why the businesses are being done the way they are. Businesses today are earning more and more due to the innovation. There are many companies that are focusing on the way they should do business and technology is the only way they can earn more (Debra & James, 2007, pp. 45). This is why when we talk about innovation, technology is the only thing that comes to our mind.

There are many ways a company can introduce innovation. One way of doing so is to formulate teams that support the innovative culture of the company. This helps the company in making sure that they are the teams work in a manner that is assisting the innovation in the company and makes the company successful. People are an important part of any organizationl therefore, involving them in the innovation process is very important and will help them in making sure that innovation becomes an important part of the company.

Change

To understand what constitutes the capacity for change, they must first admit that there are two different worlds who must live within the company: the operational world and the world project.
