Participants will not only be explained the methods that will help in prevention injuries related to physical activities but will also be explained the impact physical activities can have on human.

Injury Prevention during Physical Activity

First of all participants will be briefed about injury prevention techniques during physical activities. Afterwards, they will undertake a physical activity with and without the preventive methods in order to understand the nature significance of injury prevention technique.

Briefing of the Injury Prevention Activity

It is observed that erroneous practice of this activity can bring people more harm than good. Therefore, for practical benefits in terms only of the race, it is extremely important to consider injury prevention activity. The vast majority of injuries happen mainly by people who mostly do not practice regularly, and tend to start their practice immediately in the race, but our body is not physiologically ready to start the race directly without practice. In relation to this, participants will require an adjustment phase or training phase because he can properly race. Otherwise, any person running on a continuous basis without practicing may cause damage to his or her health.

As identified earlier, that human body changes while undertaking a physical activity, thus any person intending to race or run should start with walking. After this stage, it is advisable that instead of running directly; go through a transitional phase called jogging, which is neither a hike up being an exercise that requires a bit more of the cardio respiratory, cardiovascular, muscular and articular system. In fact, this activity is a bit lighter.
