This assignment is based on the Mobile TV. Mobile TV is real time only linear transmission in which the schedule is set by the broadcaster and the consumer enters and leaves. The video playback on the cell phone has more to do with the video on demand. Mobile television is seen in a small portable device. It may be a pay TV service delivered to subscribers via mobile telecommunications networks, through mobile phone companies, or terrestrial television stations operating in both normal mode or in a special format for mobile TV transmission. The mobile TV is the result of the convergence between television, mobile phones and the internet. Internet had introduced customization factor in audiovisual consumption that inexcusably require the user regardless of the distribution platform.

Introduction

Mobile phone industry is become one of the largest industry in the world that emerge as the fastest growing a global expansion thus it rapidly improve as they emerge in developing countries. Cell phones that have made their changes since year 1994 for undertaking going through three main pass. First they have launched they phase of introducing colour screen up year 2002 and then it would be followed from the introduction of multimedia as introduce in year 2004 of mobile phones and then the emergence of smart phones that change the whole industry. Still the mobile phones have continued to evolving and make the introduction through technology changes that customer expectations would also be increased with them, and wants have been increased rapidly from customer end that become one of the biggest challenges faced from the mobile industry and create threats for their existence to remains in the market (Zheng, 2006).

The mobile phone is a new platform for content consumption and construction, with a degree of specificity important enough to adapt new formats. The goal should be to consolidate an emerging market that can optimize new business models.

Mobile TV is a format of television that is accessed from a mobile device. It consists of a broadcast service that lends support using as radio waves, terrestrial or satellite, and the signal is received on mobile devices or portable equipment such as mobile phone, laptop, PDA, etc. It is a service that allows mobile phone owners to watch television on their devices through a service provider. Data can be via an existing cellular network or private network. Samsung has taken some steps to connect one of their phones with the TV (Gerbarg, 2009).
