Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Influence of Teaching and Learning” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Teaching and Learning” and its relation with “the influence it has over learners”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Teaching and Learning” and tries to gauge its effect on “young children and grown up adults”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Influence of Teaching and Learning” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Influence of Teaching and Learning” on “the generations of tomorrow”.

Introduction

For the purpose and objective of making a sound evaluations of course we shall consider the considerations and attempts that have been made regarding teaching and learning and the connections it has had on individuals accordingly. For this paper we shall first cover key constituents that comprise the entire web of teaching and learning, understand their in-built capabilities. Teaching and Learning shall help us mould the future of tomorrow, which shall help us identify the purpose and objective of making significant amends and also help us identify the leaders of tomorrow, who shall keenly display and portray effective traits of leadership respectively (Boseley, 2008).

Constituents of the Teaching-Learning phenomenon

In order to make justified amends, individuals need to make significant amends for the purpose and objective of understanding the accounts of aiming to understanding the functioning and responses of the entire cycle. The entire cycle is dependent upon three key constituents: students, staff and the student-teacher rapport that has been built. First we have student understanding and individual comprehension, which is the overall outcome and purpose of existence for this relationship to be active and practiced accordingly.

Second we have the expertise, foundation and support of the staff-teachers, scholars, seniors, professors, etc.-who have studied themselves in their respective fields and have strong footing and command, having keen and in-depth specializations, that are extended ahead in order for them to become useful individuals thereon. Finally, the most important phase of learning and teaching the student-staff rapport and relationship that builds with extension of knowledge to students and the student's outstanding performance ultimately in the future.

Elements of Teaching and Learning

Now we all know from all the accounts and circumstance that have occurred around us that effort generally and majorly occurs from the teaching end of the entire process rather than learning and that it will always require more amends and more understanding in order for the support staff to make significant and justified amends accordingly. Thus the three key elements involved in the teaching-learning process are students, teachers and the content that has been intended to them. (Mathias, 2001)
