The paper is basically based on an article by the name of “NCAA punishes Penn State for Sandusky scandal”. However, the author highlighted the person, which was the main reason behind the scandal. The whole scandal was based on the assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky's sexual assaults of young boys and likely crippling its athletic program for years.
