The statistical significance used probability of 5% or 1% at which the population or sample has analyzed. Both have own importance that may vary according to their possibility and convenient level. The statistical significance specifies the disparity between two research hypotheses which are significantly different with each other on particular probability. In clinical significance, no probability values have involved.

Clinical Significance

It is also known as clinical value which is used to scrutinize the difference between new and old therapy or technique that has extensively used in a large study. Every time, the old treatment that has used to alleviate the patients or inspect their results has erratic. The modification in new treatment concept has satisfied by the innovative and advance. In some cases, these ideas and past research theories are not appropriate fo0r the current study and not effectual for providing affluent results.

Ethical Issues

In any research study, the allegations of ethics are obligatory that help to sustain the research study more protected and safe because it based on set regulations. The principled issues of statistical and clinical significance are as follows:

PART B (I)

In this case, the laboratory mice has used in practical for identifying the effects of two diets weight medicines. For this, the scientists had randomly divided into two main groups comprised of 25. The two diet weight gains are CA-50 and KW-25. The new weight diet has to examined either it is affected or not and further, the effectiveness of diet weights also analyzed. The data set of weight gains that has used for scrutinizing in a research study are as follows:
